Ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb k\u00e9o d\u00e0i v\u1edbi corticosteroid \u1edf li\u1ec1u \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ea3i h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf d\u00f9ng natri v\u00e0 b\u1ed5 sung kali trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb. V\u00ec corticosteroid l\u00e0m t\u0103ng d\u1ecb h\u00f3a protein, n\u00ean c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft ph\u1ea3i t\u0103ng kh\u1ea5u ph\u1ea7n protein trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb k\u00e9o d\u00e0i. D\u00f9ng calci v\u00e0 vitamin D c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m nguy c\u01a1 lo\u00e3ng x\u01b0\u01a1ng do corticosteroid g\u00e2y n\u00ean trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb k\u00e9o d\u00e0i. Nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 ti\u1ec1n s\u1eed ho\u1eb7c c\u00f3 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 nguy c\u01a1 lo\u00e9t d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y ph\u1ea3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng b\u1eb1ng thu\u1ed1c ch\u1ed1ng lo\u00e9t (thu\u1ed1c kh\u00e1ng acid, ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u1ed1i kh\u00e1ng th\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 H<sub>2<\/sub> ho\u1eb7c \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf b\u01a1m proton). Ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ec7nh \u0111ang d\u00f9ng corticoid m\u00e0 b\u1ecb thi\u1ebfu m\u00e1u th\u00ec c\u1ea7n ngh\u0129 \u0111\u1ebfn nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 do ch\u1ea3y m\u00e1u d\u1ea1 d\u00e0y.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.8 T\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u00e1c v\u1edbi c\u00e1c thu\u1ed1c kh\u00e1c:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ch\u01b0a r\u00f5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.9 Qu\u00e1 li\u1ec1u v\u00e0 x\u1eed tr\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Corticosteroid b\u00f4i ngo\u00e0i da c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u1ea5p thu \u0111\u1ee7 g\u00e2y ra c\u00e1c T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng to\u00e0n th\u00e2n nh\u01b0 \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf tr\u1ee5c d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed3i-tuy\u1ebfn y\u00ean-th\u01b0\u1ee3ng th\u1eadn, ti\u1ebfn tri\u1ec3n h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng Cushing, t\u0103ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng huy\u1ebft v\u00e0 glucose ni\u1ec7u. C\u00e1c x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 gi\u00fap \u00edch trong vi\u1ec7c \u0111\u00e1nh gi\u00e1 t\u00ecnh tr\u1ea1ng \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf tr\u1ee5c d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed3i-tuy\u1ebfn y\u00ean-th\u01b0\u1ee3ng th\u1eadn bao g\u1ed3m x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m cortisol t\u1ef1 do trong n\u01b0\u1edbc ti\u1ec3u v\u00e0 nghi\u1ec7m ph\u00e1p k\u00edch th\u00edch ACTH. N\u1ebfu k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m cho th\u1ea5y tr\u1ee5c d\u01b0\u1edbi \u0111\u1ed3i-tuy\u1ebfn y\u00ean-th\u01b0\u1ee3ng th\u1eadn b\u1ecb \u1ee9c ch\u1ebf, c\u1ea7n ng\u1eebng thu\u1ed1c, gi\u1ea3m t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ho\u1eb7c thay b\u1eb1ng m\u1ed9t steroid ho\u1ea1t t\u00ednh y\u1ebfu h\u01a1n. C\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1ea7n ph\u1ea3i s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng b\u1ed5 sung corticosteroid T\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng to\u00e0n th\u00e2n n\u1ebfu ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n th\u1ea5y c\u00e1c d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u v\u00e0 tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng cai steroid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. C\u01a1 ch\u1ebf t\u00e1c d\u1ee5ng c\u1ee7a thu\u1ed1c :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.1.
